I grew up shy, self-conscious and fearful until my seventh grade teacher encouraged me to write. Through her support I discovered my talent and potential. I became conscious of my poverty- stricken environment and aspired to be someone. In sum, I decided to make my academic success an example to my younger family members and my peers. My desire to lead by example inspired me to explore the world. My experience or rather journey has made me a confident, determined, open-mined, selfless and socially conscious individual.

Current Whereabouts:

Working to end Commercial Sexual Expliotation of Children

Life & Professional Aspirations:

To be a District Attorney in a Sex Trafficking Unit and be good at my job.

Most Memorable Moment:

Semester in Individual and Community class, it gave me a voice I didn't know I had. Creating a group made up of girls in my dorm and creating a sweatshirt. Pumpkin Picking in Vermount Mentoring a Junior High School Student via Pierce Pals Working at the Library Presenting to School Wide Adviosry Board,which included the school President.
