Dwight Stroud is a Small Business Development Specialist. He is a graduate of the Philander Smith Management Institute and provides small business counseling to new, start-up and existing businesses. He received Dean's Honors Scholars designation in 2013 and has served as a federal grant reviewer for HHS for the last decade. He currently serves as a small business instructor with the University of Central Arkansas Outreach & Community Engagement Program.
Current Whereabouts:
Teaching Small Business Development classes at the University of Central Arkansas Outreach & Community Engagement Program. Serve as a federal grant reviewer for HHS/HUD/EPA/Samsha

Received CMBE certification from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, has received the DBE certification from the Arkansas Highway Department and SDB status from the Small Business Administration. Served as a facilitaor of the Veterans Boots 2 Business Entrepreneurial Training program. I have served in Military Service for 13 years with three different brances of the military e.g. USMC, US Army Reserve and Illinois National Guard

Being a receipient of the Tom Joyner Scholars for Tomorrow Budwesier Award and receiving the A T & T small Business Development Scholarship. Serves as a Federal Grant Reviewer for HHS
