I was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA. Ever since my junior year of High School when i took a history class at a local community college i knew that i wanted to teach. i decided to come to Clark Atlanta University because i would not only to be at a HBCU, i also wanted to be in a city that had numerous resources available if i had ever decided to change my path in life.

Current Whereabouts:

I love creating music. Music is what i spend majority if my time and money on whether its summer break or during the semester.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My Aspirations are to teach High School children African History. To many Black History classes are outlines of hoe Africans reacted to the European presence, or worse beginning at reconstruction. I would like to offer a insight in African History that students do not get to receive until college, and the those students who do not go pass High School never receive.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable college moment was when i received my first c in a class. It served as a wake up call about the effort that i was putting forth, and the effort that I would need to putt forth in order to be successful.

Model Un, History Club, Basketball, Best Graduation Project Award, The Activism Award, The August Wilson Young Writers Award

Best Memories:

The best memory i had in High School was when i received the August Wilson Young Writers Award. It showed me that my writing ability could be something I continued to work on that could take me far.
