"The ability to virtually apply for jobs, attend virtual educational opportunities, online or hybrid classes has allowed minorities not to be left behind with educational access. " Excellent article. You are correct. I blogged on watching my 26 year old get a job and engage in conversations about his workday constantly..The job is in hardware technology, in sales.. You hit salient and important points in your article.. will you get hundreds of hits? no. they never do on this network, now write something about Beyonce and you will get hundreds of hits. It's just a mess. There are jobs, I insist on saying..in technology...and being on social media platforms is NOT the education needed to work in today's market. The lesser skilled jobs are taken by immigrants who are known for having a strong work ethic.
