I began my tenure at Microsoft in March, 2003. I am the Sr. Operations and Community Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region which includes Washington, DC, Maryland & Virginia and the business groups that support our US Public Sector teams. My current role includes requires me to meet and conduct new hire orientation to all new employees in this region on their first day at Microsoft in addition to providing guidance and informative information to jump start their first week at Microsoft. On the community side, I work closely with numerous local non-profit organizations and encourage Microsoft employees to give back volunteer hours and donations to the non-profit organization of their chose. I plan and organize various diversity and inclusion events which includes middle and high school students that encourages them to pursue future STEM careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Hampton University and a MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.

I reside in Brookeville, MD with my husband, Tony and two daughters, Tyra and Morgan. During my free time, I enjoy catching up on movies, traveling to small resorts, and spending quality time with my family.
