Flexability and diversity are the two things that set me apart from most of today's job seekers. While many believe the key to success is being specialized in one technical area, I believe it is the ability to build relationships and interact with people of varied backgrounds and varied needs that will ensure personal and professional growth for both the individual as well as the organizations they represent.
Current Whereabouts:
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education with concentration in Training and Performance Improvement. This degree designed to qualify me as a consultant to analyze organizational process and human performance to recommend techniques r overall improvement.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
To build as many positive relationships as possible and use those relationships to enhance my personal and professional growth while achieving balance between the two.
