Claim To Fame:
35 yrs as Recreation Supervisor Women's & Girl's Activities for the City of East Orange and the first African American (Female) to receive the NJ State Parks & Recreation "Professional of the Year" Award...presented Tuesday, March 6th at he annual State NJRPA Banquet at the "Taj Mahal Casino Hotel" in Atlantic City, NJ.
Most Memorable Moment:
Wow...I have had so many...as a Phys Ed Major (Phi Ed Mu) as we called ourselves..from the days at Williams Gym to the "New Gym" in classes under "Dr. Bell, Dr. Griffin, I T Moorehead, and dance class with "Roxy" and all the freinds that I made that are lifetime family members...I just loved my years at Hampton and that "Home by the Sea Experience"
