Life & Professional Aspirations:

I aspire to become a business magnate. Earning any scholarship would honestly CHANGE MY LIFE. I am currently having a difficult time getting tuition money to attend Bethune-Cookman University, and being a first generation college student makes it even more difficult. I have been stressing out for a long time about paying for college. If i was granted a scholarship I would use every bit of it to pay for my college education. I will change the world one day and my college education is the thing that will help me. Earning a college education is vital for a student like me because it would increase my knowledge of innovations in business and it will allow me to develop the analytical skills and decision-making abilities to enhance my understanding of economic concepts. College will also allow me to develop professionalism, leadership, global awareness, professional ethics, and communication skills.

My best High School Memory is having the honor to serve as the Southfield-Lathrup DECA President of 2012. DECA is a leadership organization that prepares emerging leaders and winterers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high school and college around the globe.
