Shawanna Bendolph –Lawson is Vice President of Marketing & Artist Development of TopNotch Music & Management As VP at TopNotch Music, Mrs. Bendolph- Lawson is responsible for overseeing the music company's marketing campaigns, overseeing Digital Marketing, Distribution, Advertising/Merchandising, as well as general marketing and creative output for the label group.

Prior to joining TopNotch Music & Management, Mrs. Bendolph – Lawson was a Marketing Director for Sony Music Entertainment .Mrs. Bendolph – Lawson began working in the music business in 2000 as a College Rep for BMG Distribution and continued to be promoted among the ranks. She has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, having worked with an array of record labels and artist across all genres from Jive, RCA, Verity, Epic, Columbia and J Records and a host many other major music companies.
Mrs. Bendolph - Lawson, graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and holds an MBA in Global Management as well as a certified finance specialist for the United States Army.
