 Managed, coordinated, and oversee all event postings, technical assistance, and resource materials to assist more than 4,500 clients/members in the marketing, communications, and positioning of their activities on our global family-friendly Christian faith-based social media networking platform called Hey Papi Promotions Network. Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for clients that needed marketing and public relations counsel in the U.S. and overseas countries. Managed, and developed short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and public relations departments and their activities monitored progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. Managed, created, and submitted company monthly events and newsletter that needed promotions across our 72+ social media account platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, Pinterest, etc. Cultivated relationships with over 70 local, national and targeted newspapers, radio, TV stations, etc. Developed new business partnerships and increased sales by establishing sponsorships for the company. Conducted meetings and workshops, created marketing proposals, and performed follow-up consultations with clients to provide marketing solutions and meet consumer needs. Managed and coordinated an internal team of public relations specialists, graphic designers, interns, and writers along with business partnerships of Business Development/Event Planning and Consulting, Artist/Celebrity Booking, Marketing & Promotions, Online Ticket Sales, and Photography/Film Production.
