Graduated from HU in 95. Probation Officer from 95-97. Grad School -CAU from 97-98. M.S.L.S. July 98. Been working as a Children's Librarian ever since. Married in 99. Moved to Milwaukee and Chicago. Divorced in 03. Moved back to C-town.
My son Matthew and I now (as of July 2005) call Atlanta our home. Planning to publish my first book of poetry by December 2005. Still a Children's Librarian and LOVING IT!!! Children really are our future yall. Peace and Blessings to all of you!

Most Memorable Moment:
Loved attending all of the Pirate Football games whether played at HU or away. Known by a select few as a poet...and I am still writing. Mostly, I was quiet and kept to myself...not many Hamptonians ever really knew me then and only a few special folks can say that they truly know me. Bemis was the spot...very talented folks in that department. Sei, loved being your big sis and friend ...look at you now baybee!!! Nkosi...you are my soul friend for life. Congrats on your seed! Nneka...you are forever my sister...love you. Lex, always great seeing you...glad to have been your big sis and friend. Grantly...we will always and forever be peoples. Norman B (Norm/Ice) miss you...you were one of the first people to greet my pops and I when I first arrived on campus. Al B...what can I say. Dr. Holmes saved my life. She was my "other mother" she was like "fictive kin" only soc majors will get that. One Love.
