I had the courage to change careers with a new beginning due to the change in the economic market. My history I come from a strong customer service and client relation background. Prior to changing my career from being in the mortgage industry and re-entering as student. In 2007 my career path choice to invest in the IT industry. In 2008, I enrolled at UEI which is a trade school in Ontario, CA graduated tested for my A+ certification. Having complete and moving forward in the IT field this was my start and my foundation, in hardware/software knowledge. My next goal was to achieve my A.S. degree in Networking in 2009 I enrolled at Itt-Tech and received my A.S degree in CNS 8/2011. In continuing my education B.S. ISC in progress completion 6/2013.

Specialties: Help desk in assisting the end-user with troubleshooting problem errors. Desktop Support with entry level Networking troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Utilizing 2008 Active Directory with coordinatoring server maintainance and back-up.

Current Whereabouts:

Educational I am working on my VPN Security Capstone Project to complete my B.S. in Information System and Cyber Security. In the process of seeking full-time employment in May 2013 and completing my B.S. I.S.C. at the end of June 2013.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

Lifetime and Professional aspirations will be to continue to follow my strong educational urge to achieve the path of certifications in information technology and obtain the skill that are required to be the best at what I have passion for in my new career.
