Claim To Fame:
I was part of a team of student journalists who helped exonerate Anthony Porter, an innocent man on death row for a crime he didn't commit. We solved the 15 year old murder case, leading to a confession by the real murderer. This led to a moratorium of the death penalty in the state of Illinois.
Most Memorable Moment:
Marching in the 1996 Rose Bowl Parade with the Northwestern Wildcat Marching Band - 6 miles in black and purple wool uniforms.
