Sheba Lowe Brown, founder and president of A+ Test Prep & Academic Services, is in her twentieth season as an educator. She is also an instructor with Duke Youth Program's SAT/ACT Test Prep division, Academic Director of Duke's Constructing Your College Experience, and an ongoing facilitator for UNC-Chapel Hill’s Heels for Success program. At NCSU, Sheba served as a professional development leader and traveled the state of NC assisting school administrators and teachers with online formative assessments and data analysis. Sheba currently serves as an educational consultant and curriculum developer specializing in college admissions testing, utilization of ACT data, ACT prep program development, and Common Core Standards curriculum alignment. A former NC Teaching Fellow and Nationally Board Certified and licensed in Language Arts and ESL, Sheba earned a BA and MAT in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill. During her career as the lead instructor with A+ Test Prep, she has coached students to perfect and near-perfect SAT scores and helped teachers successfully prepare for the Praxis .
