Mr. Arthur Cutler currently serves as the Founder and President of ImaNewDaddy.com; an online community and resource for daddies or soon to be daddies. Mr. Cutler currently also serves as the President of Excelsior Consulting, an organizational and developmental management firm servicing a true cross sector of government, nonprofit, community businesses and organizations in addition to many grassroots advocacy groups. Mr. Cutler has gained considerable experience in organizational management, board governance, human resources, operations, project management, strategic planning, membership, resource development and training. He received a B.A. in political science from Morehouse College and his law degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Cutler also completed his Nonprofit Executive Management program at Georgetown University.

After law school, Mr. Cutler was selected to the Presidential Management Fellows Program. Since that time, he has held the positions of Coalition Membership Director at the National Crime Prevention Council, Deputy Director of Network Growth with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and Director of Organizational Management with the National Disability Rights Network.

Mr. Cutler has provided mediation and facilitation services to nonprofits, churches, community groups, small businesses and government entities. More specifically he has served as a mediator and facilitator for organizations such as The Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency, the King County Sheriff’s Department, The Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm Agency (ATF), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Agency (HHS).

Mr. Cutler has considerable legislative experience, having served as a legislative aide on the congressional and state legislative staffs. Mr. Cutler also brings a wealth of experience having provided pro bono services to many grassroots community organizations. Mr. Cutler gives his time to the community as a mentor to several young men in high school and college in the Metro DC Area. He works specifically with young men as a mentor and member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, DC.

Mr. Cutler, a Georgia native resides in Fort Washington, Maryland where he is married to Tracy Cutler, a Human Protection Research Scientist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and they have a five year old son, Arthur III.
