Bio:
Breanna Probasco-Canda is a 2008 Graduate of Hampton University with a BA in Advertising. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administrator Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources while working as a Career Coach at Everest College—Portland Campus. Recently, Breanna was recognized as a Northwest Hero (4th Quarter) for her commitment to student success and 100% graduate job placement rate.

Breanna is also the Director of Youth Programming for the Oregon-Washington Annual Conference of the A.M.E. Zion Church. In this role, Breanna works with teenage boys and girls on their spiritual development. Her most notable community service work to date is the development and successful implementation of the ‘Teens ‘N’ Jeans’ Teen Summit and Youth Assembly which is held annually in January, allowing young people to dialog openly about issues affecting their generation. Also, at this event both new and gently loved jeans are donated for local youth homeless shelters.

In addition, Breanna is an active member of the Zeta Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She finds great joy in mentoring, coaching and helping individuals to actualize their potential through goal setting and motivational speaking. In all the Breanna has achieved, she is certain her greatest accomplishment is being the sole provider to her 4-year-old son Zaire who started Pre-kindergarten this year at the top of his class.

Breanna Probasco-Canda, an HBCU alumnus, has certainly worked hard to make her college education useful in helping those less fortunate in her community.
