Ayodeji “DJ” Olojo is a Senior Consultant with Gallup. Olojo’s consulting experience focuses on enterprise and healthcare clients with an emphasis in workplace improvement, organizational development, leadership, recruitment, retention and employee, nurse, patient and physician engagement. He works closely with Gallup’s healthcare consultants and scientist to develop comprehensive performance management solutions for healthcare organizations that improve business and clinical outcomes.

Olojo received his master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in executive leadership and strategy from the University of Nebraska and has a background in the automotive, telecommunication, hospitality, and healthcare industries. Olojo completed his undergraduate studies at Tennessee State University and regularly works with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association for Health Services Executives. Prior to joining Gallup Olojo worked for Hospital Corporation of America, a large for profit hospital system based in Nashville, TN.
