Negotiated IBM's largest federal contracts with US Customs and IRS. Under Clinton Administration, worked at Washington DC Financial Control Board with Dr. Andrew Brimmer and helped District remove Marion Barry and balance their budget. While there, I was commended by area high schoolers for encouraging them to go to college. At EPA, was one of two managers responsible for decentralizing Superfund site clean ups and negotiating 45 contracts worth $6,7 billion.

Our class (known as New Birth) unity, pledging "old school:, traveling with the Hampton Institute College Choir, and still bonding with my classmates on Facebook 36 years later.
