Lisa Franklin is a Senior Marketing Manager for Microsoft Advertising. She is responsible for managing competitive initiatives and multicultural marketing strategy for the US. With over six years in the digital space, Lisa has held several marketing roles with Microsoft Advertising including serving as the Trade Marketing Lead for Windows Live Hotmail, Messenger, and MSN Video. She also led trade marketing activities for syndicated partnerships such as CNBC.com, Wonderwall, Facebook, Massive, and FoxSports. Prior to joining Microsoft Advertising, Lisa spent two years as a Marketing Manager for Microsoft’s Enterprise & Support Services.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Lisa had stints at Marriott International, Florida State University and Long & Foster Real Estate. With over 12 years of marketing and sales experience, Lisa has built a career on recognizing new markets, developing strategies to reach those markets, facilitating pitch perfect marketing and advertising campaigns and consistently achieving extremely successful results.
Lisa Franklin is a native of Mitchellville, Maryland. She earned both her BBA (1999) and MBA (2005) in Marketing from Howard University.
