Current Whereabouts:

Joshua T Woods My long term goals are molded by my drive to be successful and make a difference in the world. One of my goals is attending college at Howard University, but with no debt. In order for me to graduate college, I have to keep maintaining good grades and be on my best behavior. This takes the discipline and patience to keep maturity in college situations. I have successfully being accepted to Howard University’s School of Business. The next part of this goal includes the funding and payment of Howard. How I plan to pay for my education at Howard University is through scholarships and grants. I want to go to college debt free because I don’t need the burden of student loans on me after college. Also, I do not want my parents paying for my education. I want to give back to them, as they have done unto me for 17 years. It is important for me to get a good college education in order for me to accomplish some of my other long term goals. Getting a good college education will make me brighter, smarter, and wiser. Therefore, I will be a successful young entrepreneur. I value education and I encourage other students to go to college. After college I plan to go straight into an accounting position possibly with any of the big 4 accounting firms. Then, I will work my way up, becoming partner at the firm contributing greatly to their success. I believe I will get the best accounting education at Howard University through their 5 year MBA accounting program. The rate of Graduation and getting a job after that program is 99%. With my earnings from my salary at an accounting firm, I plan to start or help start a charity organization dedicated to feeding the hungry all around the world, especially children. I believe no person, especially child, should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from. I eventually would like to team up with other charities and organizations to permanently end world hunger.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

Complete My Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees in Accounting. Aspire a position in Accounting, and Finance, where I can be an asset to one of the BIg 4 Accounting Firms or Fortune 100 institutions by bettering my craft of the accounting and finance world. I will acquire all information needed to expand your institution and apply it to potential assets daily. I am a hard-working, disciplined individual who is ready to learn and perform distinctively
