Coach Witherspoon, �Spoon� earned his BS Degree and played Outside Linebacker and Defensive Back for Central State University NAIA Division I National Championship teams in 1990 and 1992. For the University of Indianapolis he was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach/ Defensive Back and Outside Linebacker Coach for the University Of Indianapolis from 1996-2002, and Receivers' Coach from 2002- 2004. Through his affiliation, with the University Of Indianapolis, Coach Witherspoon has earned his MS Degree and directly trained several student athletes (Men & Women)who have achieved different accolades from either NFL, CFL, AFL and NBA and Mens Euro League & Womens Euro League with tryouts and/ or contracts. Many former high school level Athletic Advantage training camp participants have obtained athletic scholarships at prominent Universities. Coach Witherspoon has 25 plus years. experience in Strength & Conditioning and Speed Development He believes in Leading by Example; " Only The Strong Will Survive", and that's Mentally and Physically.
