Visit Baltimore hired Dalyn Allen as the Data Analysis Coordinator in its Operations Department.
Allen will be responsible for developing custom reports based on internal database sources for use by internal and external stakeholders. He will also oversee the tentative-definite sales booking process; ensuring accuracy of all convention sales activities.
Most recently Allen was a Volunteer Graduate Assessor for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County in Birmingham, AL. In this role he assessed and evaluated candidate performance in the pre-employment testing process. Prior to this Allen held jobs at Insync Talent where he worked as an assistant analyst extern, and University of Maryland Medical Center as a data coordinator.
Allen received his Bachelor's in Psychology from Morgan State University and his Master's from the University of Baltimore in Organizational Psychology. Allen is also a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington.
