To Whom It May Concern:
During my 23 year tenure, as a sworn officer with the Baltimore City Police Department (B.C.P.D.), my responsibilities to protect life, preserve property and enforce the laws of this state have been accomplished while I was assigned to numerous specialized units and/or capacities, which included administrative positions. I have conducted hundreds of investigations that have resulted in my being in constant contact with state and federal law enforcement agencies. As a result of these contacts and investigations, I have been the affiant on hundreds of search and seizure warrants with probable cause that has been extracted from interviews with witnesses, interrogations of suspects and examination of evidence. I have had to conduct on-site investigations that have lasted for hours and major investigations that have lasted for months. These investigations included, but not limited to accident investigations, thefts, arson, shootings, domestic incidents, drugs, murders, etc. At one point in my career, I was granted a special deputation with the Federal U.S. Marshals Services. This deputation and subsequent temporary assignment to this federal organization was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice. Ultimately, this assignment afforded me the privilege and experience of interacting with numerous other federal law enforcement agencies (e.g., DEA, FBI, etc.), as I functioned on this federal task force, (Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force). Among other positive experiences, this special deputation made it legal and possible for me to conduct investigations anywhere within the United States. I have served as a community relations officer, whose responsibilities were to insure that all community concerns were properly and legally addressed. This position certainly enhanced my communications skills, as well as my listening skills. On numerous occasions I have served in an acting supervisor’s position, supervising other officers and civilians in and out of the field. For a period of time I was assigned as the acting supervisor of security for the B.C.P.D's Headquarters, supervising numerous officers and civilians. My experiences as a police officer and other listed skills, led to my becoming a field training officer. This position allowed me to share my experience, train and evaluate new officer trainees. I have trained officer trainees who have obtained rank within the B.C.P.D. and other law enforcement agencies that range from officer to deputy commissioners. I returned to school in 2009 to obtain academic insight into various areas of studies that compliment my law enforcement experiences. For example, in 2010, I obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Law Enforcement and Correctional Administration. Some of my academic training, as they relate to management or leadership training included Organizational Dynamics, Applied psychology, Management Concepts, and Fundamentals of Speech Communication. Other managements and supervisory class were successfully completed as I completed my Bachelors of Science and recent Master of Science Degrees. My subsequent academic achievements atop my professional experiences enhance my ability to effectively function in or outside the criminal justice and any organizational supervisory or management arenas. Attached is my resume which further elaborates the aforementioned information. Watch Out Women, He’s In The House
My personal belief that Donald Trump’s bid and successful return to the White House is one of this street hustlers bouncing points for his bouncing-red-ball-process. Meaning, he wants to be in the White House but that’s just a strategic steppingstone in his obtainment of his means to fulfill his perceived next destination, which is the obtainment of what he believes to be lifetime power. Where in this country can one get assigned lifetime power; until death or until they elect to relinquish that given power? Answer: The Supreme Court of the United States.
Sidebar: Some of the equational puzzle pieces on the table that mirror Trump’s past and predicted future: The only president of the United States who held two executive offices (U.S. President, 1909-1913 and U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, 1921-1930), former and deceased President William Howard Taft and his sanctioning of eugenics (Buck v. Bell, 1927) and its association with the 1945 Nurenberg Trials, Trump’s Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate (234, including three associate justices of the Supreme Court of the United States), President Biden’s mentioned attempts to decrease justices terms from a lifetime to 18-years, the present-day mention of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, Democrat, Sonia Marie Sotomayor’s removal from the Supreme Court, Former Vice President Mike Pense’s non-support for the Republican male president who picked him for his term as Vice President, James David Vance, Trump’s staff, in the White House and outside the White House, who have either quit supporting him or been fired, Trump’s own words, and the January 6 United States Capital attack. Never forgetting the correlation between former President Richard Nixon’s Watergate event, his handling of the White House tapes/files/records his Giuliani; General Alexander Haig, and Trump’s similar trails of negativity. (How could someone leave an obvious trail of so much negativity and as a result expect the future outcome to be in the form of an invitation to perform in the upcoming Winter Olympics?). I could go on and on but any reader should get the gist of not my point, the obvious point. (I wrote this paragraph without even mentioning Adolf Hitler and his global violence, mindset, and like-Trump goals).
Has anybody noticed that Trump has spent the last couple of years attempting to revamp or sidestep the laws of this country? Not revamp or sidestep laws that safeguard citizens, revamp and sidestep Trump cases. The Supreme Court has spent more time tied up with Trump cases that range from did he fondle that woman to how to mix baby formula for his bottle. What’s the name of the republican federal judge in the Southern District of Florida who he appointed in 2020? Just joking, I can’t forget her name, its Aileen Mercedes Cannon. In 2022, Cannon presided over the case of Donald J. Trump v. United States of America. She ordered the US government to pause using materials seized from Trump’s private club and residence in its investigation and granted Trump’s request for a special master to review the materials. The US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit reversed and rebuked Cannon after it found she had wrongly exercised authority over the case. Cannon then dismissed Trump’s lawsuit per orders from the Eleventh Circuit.
I will say that when you don’t do what Trump says you go on his shit list and are subject to being penalized. Don’t take my words for it, ask his party members who still stand behind the Republican Party but not Trump. This appears to be his reasoning for picking staff who will follow his every words too and go over the top of any mountain, even knowing that there is a bottomless cavern on the other side. Where is Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, once hero of New York, then after being Trump’s attorney was disbarred and unsuccessfully filed for bankruptcy because of a 148-million-dollar defamation civil action arising from standing beside Trump? Here is a tell for Trump’s intents towards the Supreme Court. Watch in the next couple of months, you’ll hear about him getting several honorary law-based honorary doctorates degrees from numerous Universities.
Essential Sidebar (Hot off the press): Now that, on paper, Trump won the election, he is now president elect. He is presently picking his nominees for key white house positions. He nominated a fox television newscaster as the Secretary of Defense for the United States of America. This is now the individual who oversees the defense of the entire country. He made mention that he was going to nominate JFK Junior as the Secretary of Health. He would be responsible for major women’s health issues. Trump said during an interview, he’s going to let him go wild with these issues. JFK Jr. already said, for starters, he’s going to take fluoride out of our drinking water. He apparently is going to have us drink straight from ponds, like cowboys and their horses. Trump is in the process of filling the White House with people who have been loyal to him, not with those who are qualified. They only know how to say yes but don’t know.
Gotta go, because I have to start building my bomb shelter.
