Marla joined National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in 2008 and assumed her current role as Human Resources Manager in January 2010. As Human Resources Manager, Marla is responsible for managing a wide range of Human Resource functions including HR operations, recruitment and talent management, benefits administration, performance management, compensation and policy compliance. Prior to her current role, Marla served as the Human Resources Coordinator, where she assisted with and implemented human resources programs and policies for staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Marla has over ten years in human resource management. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in the staffing industry as a HR Coordinator and Payroll specialist. Marla has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband and loves to travel.
