Anthony is a servant leader who specializes in transforming broken and under-performing teams, departments and organizations. He is a former Naval Officer who has also provided pastoral leadership and counsel for churches and nonprofits extensively. He has been featured in print, radio, and television, including an exclusive major prime time interview with Bill O’Reilly on “Race Relations in America”.
Nominated and selected as “Outstanding Young Man of the Year” in 1988 by The American Leadership Foundation and “Who’s Who in North America” in 2009, he is the author of the forthcoming book, How I Found God In My Aunt’s Back Yard (the story of his conversion from Islam to Christianity). Most recently, Anthony teamed up with bestselling authors and ministers Lee Strobel and Mark Mittleburg for a series of national simulcasts called, “Questions Christians Hope No One Will Ask”, and he hosted Greg Laurie’s “Harvest America” nationwide simulcast in August 2012.
He is a 1977 graduate of Elizabeth City State University with a degree in Geology and a Lifetime Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, Eastern Province. Anthony holds a Master’s in Christian Apologetics from Cincinnati Christian University.
He is the creator, producer, and host of The HBCU Nation Radio Broadcast, heard every Saturday morning from 9:00AM -12:00Noon on WRVS 89.9 Elizabeth City, NC. Anthony and his family live on a small farm in Southampton County, Virginia.
Current Whereabouts:
Host of a Nationally Syndicated Radio Talk Show The HBCU Nation Radio Show broadcast on SiriusXM HBCU Channel 142. Leading a Church Plant of 100 Churches nation wide with World Missions Church called The HBCU Project.
