My name is Maia. I am a 17 year old junior at Proviso West High school. I have good grades. I've maintained a 4.00 for two semesters and a 3.80 the third semester. I have high standards when it comes to my education. I've been in extra curricular activites such as swimming, drama, and dance . Being a majorette is something that I love to do. It is my heart. I am a Diamond Dancer for my high school. We are the majorettes of Proviso. Not only am I a dancer but my hard work ,dedication, and good leadership qualities gave me the position of a 2013-2014 captain of the Diamond Dancers. I take my responsibilities as captain and my education very seriously.
