Claim To Fame:
Nothing will ever stop me from being successful in the field of Physical Therapy. I've been through a lot and I'm still here fighting to be in a better position in this world> I have a passion for the body and helping others, with this combination, I will obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable moments at Oakwood University so far have to be on the mission/community service trip I went on during Spring Break 2014. We went to New Orleans and spread a lot of love and joy to the community. We cleaned up drug infested areas and the people were so thankful. Seeing how the people of New Orleans live made me appreciate so much. We also helped at a food packaging facility and we build the foundation of a new house. It was an amazing experience. Making the people of the community smile warmed us up. It just felt good to give them a glimmer of hope for a better tomorrow.
High School: Pathways To Technology Technology in Windsor, CT class of 2011

Activities & Accomplishments:
Honor roll all 4 years, community service club, CT Youth forum member, Prom and Winter formal King
Best Memories:
My best HS memory was winning Prom King. I enjoyed this moment not because it was cool to win, but because I actually didn't run, and I won. Everyone in my senior HS class voted me Prom King and I didn't even know. I was shocked, not more than the people running, but i was confused as to why my name was chosen. When I asked around, someone told me that I won because of my personality. Apparently, people around me think very highly of me and appreciate the time i spend listening, and helping them grow. I never realized how special I was to my classmates until then, but I'm glad to know that me being myself helps those who I care for the most.
