What makes me special is my profound interest in other people. I am an emotional person, certainly not in a feminine way, but in a sense that I am always thinking about what i can do to help other people, whether they are the needy, family, or friends. I prioritize my own well being; however, I get a certain satisfaction out of the fact that I am able to help other people.

Current Whereabouts:

Life & Professional Aspirations:

After graduating from college, I aspire to enter medical school and specialize in Orthopedic Surgery. I was an athlete throughout my whole life and always wanted to be in the field of medicine, so it was in my best interest to specialize in orthopedics which is a hybrid of both sports and medicine.

Claim To Fame:

My "Claim to Fame" is most definitely my hair. Since the November of 2012, I decided to grow my hair out to an extremely noticeable length. Because my hair was long and curly, it was obvious that resembled Corbin Bleu, a teen actor on the movie High School Musical. Consequently, I was commonly referred to as "Corbin" or "that boy with the hair". Although I recently cut my hair to a shorter length; having such an eye opening hair style taught me important life lessons. As a business student, growing out my hair for 18 months taught me how to handle compliments and criticisms on a daily basis. Most importantly, I learned to love myself and refuse to become a molded model of somebody else.

Most Memorable Moment:

- earning membership to the 31st Edition of Howard's Gentlemen of Drew Social Club - experiencing my first Howard Homecoming

Activities: SJS Peer Leader, African American Affinity Group, Varsity Football, Varsity Basketball, Varsity Track, Boy Scouts of America Inc., Jack and Jill of America Inc., St. James Episcopal Church

Best Memories:

- helped break 4x100 record for the St. John's Track and Field team - every game day/Friday night as a varsity football player - earning my Eagle Scout award
