PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Director, Academic Advisement Center
Delaware State University 2012 – Present
• Oversee academic advisement for freshmen, sophomore, and at-risk students within the College of Agriculture and Related Sciences.
• Assist in the development of Learning Communities.
• Establish Semester Academic Progress Reports for the Chairpersons and Dean of the college.
• Design and implemented Academic Plan of Action (APA) forms to discuss progress of students during mid-terms.
• Collaborate with various departments (i.e. First Year Experience) in providing a quality foundation for students entering Delaware State University.
• Co-Advisor for several groups within Human Ecology department.
• Speak with prospective students about the majors and career opportunities at various events (i.e. Open House)
