Kanta Cadogan, MSW is a life coach who helps people to thrive during transition. She believes change nudges people to discover their best selves and open their eyes to new opportunities.

Her own journey started in Social Services, where Kanta served as a career counselor and case manager in government, private sector, and nonprofit environments. In these roles, she lent a “listening ear” to address people’s crises as well as understand their personal and professional needs.

Over time, her ear (and heart) grew heavy dealing with others’ emergencies, many keeping her awake at night. These daily interactions sparked an interest in Kanta to assess the state of her own life and find balance from a 24/7 career.

Kanta remains dedicated to serving others, but in a different platform. Life coaching has proven to be the perfect fit.

As a coach, Kanta works with clients to overcome life obstacles and arrive at their intended goals. She waits at the finish line, ready to celebrate achievements, big or small.

Kanta uses her peaceful spirit to bring calm to complex situations. She embraces change with a huge smile and an infectious sense of humor, believing, “Together we achieve.”

Community service plays a central role in Kanta’s life. She volunteers with various agencies in the Atlanta, GA area. In her spare time she enjoys the "simple things in life" while creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Kanta received her Master degree in Social Work from Howard University and her Bachelor degree in Social Work from Delaware State University. She is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC), granted from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CAPP) Institute. Kanta is also a member of ICF, the International Coach Federation.
