Mandy Parham has worked with USAID for the past 9 years. Previously she was a contract specialist for NASA and the National Institute of Health. She has a BA from North Carolina Central University and an MBA from the New York
Institute of Technology. Recently she was accepted as a PhD Candidate in the University of Southern Mississippi's International Development Program. In 2008 she converted to the foreign service. She has been posted in Thailand and South Africa and has had temporary duty assignments to Namibia, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Zimbabwe, and Zambia She has two
daughters Tapanga and Zuri and resides in Laurel, MD.
