Jana Stewart is a Health & Lifestyle Consultant and fitness athlete who is passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle. Jana’s approach to successful healthy lifestyle living includes combining exercise, nutrition, and mind training into her teachings. Jana holds a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degree and has spent countless hours studying and practicing what she teaches. She has spent the last 15 years traveling around the world experiencing different cultures, all with the intent to gain the knowledge to help people live healthy active lifestyles. As a result of Jana’s hard work, she has been featured in several magazines, news publications, and has been a guest blogger/ writer and interviewed for many online publications; commenting on pressing health and fitness topics. Her past and present clients have included top athletes, models, business professionals, fitness competitors, TV personalities, and health enthusiast looking to take their physiques to the next level. For several years, Jana was a top ranked national figure competitor and earned pro status with the WNSO. After taking a 3 year break from competing in 2008, she returned to the bikini competition stage in July of 2011and won an overall title in her 1st show. Jana recently launched a campaign in conjunction with her new fitness group titled “The Bikini Booty Club” or BBC for short. The club is designed to help women sculpt their bodies in ways they have never been able to do on their own, she has inspired many brides, stay at home moms, career women, and recent moms to get in amazing shape and feel comfortable wearing a bikini. Typical BBC Fitness sessions include not only workouts, but also visualization exercises and a short nutrition class at the end. Jana and her clients not only participate in fitness events, but they run marathons and several 5Ks, all for a cause. Jana’s next big projects currently in the works are a series of fitness videos and her book, which will focus on healthy nutrition for everyday life. She currently coaches women for bikini competitions as well as works with people from all walks of life inspiring them to live healthy, active lifestyles.
