Activities & Accomplishments:
I was apart of my school's diversity team and I have also participated in the National history Fair, and took my school to nationals for the first time ever!
Best Memories:
My best high school memory was being able to participate in the school's Black History Moth assembly February 2014. Being able to learn more about my history and historically people that aren't usually featured in text books was really cool. Also, having the opportunity to sing in front of my entire student body was ecstatic! Since, my school is a Hispanic dominated school I enjoyed teaching them dances from back in the day by doing a soul train and teaching them one of the latest dances, the D-LOW shuffle. Which had everyone wanting to do the dance all throughout the school!
