As Director of Diversity and Inclusion at AmerisourceBergen, Ky’a Jackson supports the expansion and integration of the global D&I strategy through the implementation and execution of key programs and initiatives.
Ky’a brings to this role significant experience advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across large organizations. Prior to joining AB, she served as Senior Director of D&I at Money Mart Financial Services where she developed employee engagement and mentorship opportunities and implemented and chaired the D&I council. She also served as Director of D&I for AmeriHealth Caritas, where she launched five employee resource groups (ERGs) and developed internship programs. In addition, she spent nine years in Community Investment at Comcast NBCUniversal where she managed national programs.

Ky’a is the author of the book, “The Color of Care: A Beginner’s Guide for the African American Caregiver” and she is the Board member of Brighter Horizon Foundation. She has a strong commitment to building the next generation of leaders and often volunteers as a mentor for young professionals.

Ky’a holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Liberal Arts from Temple University, and is currently pursuing a doctor of education degree at Drexel University.
