Charles Edward Caldwell is retired Air Force Master Sergeant of 25+ years.
Prior to retirement he served as superintendent of 8th AF from 2003-2005 where he was selected SNCO of the year. He was superintendent of 624th Air Defense Liaison Element from 2005-2008, Yokota Air Base Japan prior to medical retirement. Charles is a highly decorated Airman. He received the Meritorious Service Medal, four Commendations Medals, one Joint Service Commendation Medal and five Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom medals. “Big C” is the founder of Adolescents to Adults. www.adolescents2adult.com (A2A INC.), a non-profit organization established to help make this world a better place, by mentoring youths and adults. He also oversees SEAAMs (successfully educating African American men’s) Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) and Man Up Mansfield; Caldwell is a self-directed and team-oriented professional offering outstanding military experience supported by a solid, successful track record. Charles was the most outstanding freshman at Albany State College (GA) and at Arkansas Monticello, was the top newcomer to the Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference (AIC); first team all AIC, top rebounding in the conference. Big C played 7 years in the Germany and was a 12 times All Armed Forces Star. Energetic and results-oriented professional with a proven record of success in working with diverse populations, combining outstanding work experience augmented by formal education and refined by specialized training to enhance organizational growth. Charles, AKA Big C has 3 associates in Space Operation and Technology, Recreation Management and Professional Aeronautics, one BS with Embry Riddle Aeronautical U in Professional Aeronautics with a MBA with U of Phoenix. Also, 15 credits toward a DBA in Leadership with Walden University. Charles is married to Robbie Tolefree-Caldwell and they have one daughter, Charae Denise Caldwell who is a Prairie View A & M alumnus as of 13 December 2014.
