Brice attended Howard University for a Bachelors in Business and earned a Masters in International Affairs from Rutgers University, Eagleton Institute of Politics as well as additional graduate work at Columbia University’s School for International and Public Affairs for a Master’s in Public Administration.

Brandon served as a Community Organizer where he helped low-income families and provided their children an access to quality education. Although he enjoyed a successful career in non-profit management, he felt the need to give back and return back to his community.Brandon began his public service as an intern on Capitol Hill in the Office of former House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert, while serving as a fellow with the Heritage Foundation. Brandon later was awarded a fellowship to serve in the Department of Disarmament Affairs for the United Nations in New York City. In 2008 Brandon worked as an Associate for the National Urban League, helping to build the Economic Opportunity Institute, promoting financial literacy. In less than two years, Brandon went on to be appointed to serve as the New Jersey State Director of Education and African-American Affairs in the Office of the New Jersey Governor and was later appointed to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Brandon is a recent Op-Ed Opinion Columnist for the Washington Times Communities Daily Digital News and currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development for Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia.
