Dr.Randolph is a senior executive with over forty years of experience as a clinician (pediatrician), administrator, and public health expert in Federal, state and city government, academia, and private philanthropy. She serves as an advisor to numerous city, state and national organizations and agencies with special emphasis in the areas of policy formulation, program development, training and technical assistance, interagency collaboration, minority health, women’s health, and family- centered, community based service delivery systems. Dr.Randolph is a member of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences, the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society and Delta Omega, the public health honor society, She is on the adjunct faculties of the Howard University Public Health Program and the School of Community Health and Policy at Morgan State University and past chair of its national advisory board, She received her undergraduate degree from Howard University and is a graduate of its College of Medicine and the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Randolph has received numerous awards for her work, including: the American Public Health Association's prestigious 2001 Martha May Eliot Award, honoring exceptional achievements; the 2005 distinguished service award from the Howard University College of Medicine; and an Honorary Doctorate of Laws in 2009 from the State University at, Albany.
