Angel C. Dye is a senior English major and Theater Arts minor at Howard University. Angel is a published poet, author, and spoken word artist. After her freshman year at Howard Angel published an original collection of poetry, a chapbook entitle Rhyme Or Reason. Now, closing out her junior year she has compiled, edited, and self-published an anthology for women of all ages and backgrounds entitled Love Letters to Our Daughters: A Collection of Womanly Affirmations. Angel hopes to go on to write and publish more works and to eventually found a nonprofit mentoring organization for K-12 students looking to cultivate gifts in fine arts.
