About   (request update)
Music is an integral part of my life and I want a chance to learn all I can and one day give back to society. I want to be the match that sparks a love of music in another person. Music has been an important aspect of my life for as long as I can remember. When I grab a pair of drumsticks I am anxious and excited at the anticipation of being able to become one with the music. My heart literally skips a beat. Music has been a part of my life since I was five years old. I began playing the drums with my father. Officially, I began studying music in sixth grade at Workman Middle School and have continued perfecting my abilities till the present.

My family's musical history, culture, strongly influences who I am. My parents have always encouraged me to work hard with diligence, and have patience and humbleness in my life. My family has a long musical history. I have been exposed to music of all genres since I was a child within my own family. My father is a church organist organist and my mother is a soloist. My brother and I are percussionists and my sisters play the clarinet. Music in my family is an expression of faith, it defines us and it is also who I am. This strong exposure to music has had a positive impact on my life and it is my passion. I absolutely appreciate and enjoy playing all types of music and instruments
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My goal is to become the best professional that all who have a vested interest in me can be proud of. With your support towards this endeavor I will be closer to achieving my goal of achieving a degree in Music. The greatest contribution I feel I can give to your foundation and the community is dedicating myself to becoming the best college student I can be and learn all I can and with your generosity my dream can become a reality.
