Da’Shaun Antoinette Joseph began her professional work experience at Lockheed Martin as a Computer Engineer. Starting with the company in July 2007, she was immediately placed in their Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). Currently, Da’Shaun is a Solution Architect/Sales Engineer and Black Employee Network Communications Chair for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Herndon, Va. Her expertise in systems engineering, resume writing and program management has allowed her speak at various conferences and seminars related to those topics.

Ms. Joseph completed her master’s in Systems Engineering at George Washington University in 2010 and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has been featured in professional publications such as USA Today, NSBE Magazine, Norfolk State University Alumni Magazine and the Black Graduate Student Association Magazine.
In addition to the numerous committees and community services she participates while a member Delta Sigma Theta, Inc, she also is a member of many professional organizations. These include:

Da’Shaun Joseph received her Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and is a proud graduate of Norfolk State University, where she completed a B.S. in Computer Engineering in 2007. While attending Norfolk State, she maintained a full academic scholarship through the DNIMAS program. She also held membership/leadership roles in organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers (Norfolk State University chapter), NSU Student Government, STARS Tutorial Services, DNIMAS Student Association and Beta Kappa Chi. In addition; Ms. Joseph served as Norfolk State University’s Senior Class Queen of 2007 and Ms. NSBE 2006 (NSU).

In her free time, Da’Shaun is a self-proclaimed foodie, fitness supporter, event planner and dance. Da’Shaun Joseph comes to the Washington, DC area originally from New Orleans, LA and currently resides with her Yorkie-Poo, Dillon King.
