About   (request update)
Organization and planning are my strong points; planning has been something I do for years - it comes very natural. I have a great speaking voice, with ideas that I'd like to believe are great as well. I always try my best and believe I can do anything I put my head into - I'm ambitious and persevering. I also tend to always think on the positive sides of things.
Current Whereabouts:
I enjoy reading about new things in society and being aware. This wave of socialism a lot of people are advocating for fascinates me, and I originally joined "Students for Socialism" Club because I wasn't exactly sure what it was and wanted to inform myself. I'm currently studying the demographics of University of California schools and the correlation between low minority, specifically African-American, populations on campus.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to travel and make a change. I want to educate myself and indulge in the culture of multiple environments such as studying abroad and internships. With sociology and communications in such a digitally run world, these are powerful subjects but I would like to learn how to go about making change through these outlets.
Education   (request update)
N/A class of 2019
Undergrad Major: Sociology
Most Memorable Moment:
Attending Berkeley City College's open forum on Black Love; being able to hear all the thoughts of peers, and participating with the group. Joining "Students for Socialism" Club at Berkeley City, weekly conversing with other young liberal minds that would like to see change is very empowering. Volunteering to help and be a club representative for Students for Socialism at Club Rush; not only explaining what our club is about, but be being able to see and converse with all of the other on campus clubs and organizations as well.
High School: San Lorenzo High School in San Lorenzo, CA class of 2015

Activities & Accomplishments:
I made Varsity Basketball as a freshman, and then Varsity Tennis as a senior. Being apart of my school's Leadership program for three years, I was ASB President my senior year. Taking on multiple phot
Best Memories:
Putting on a rally on Valentine's Day centered on self love and being kind to others. Being the photographer & videographer for home spring games such as baseball and softball. Creating a school photojournalism bulletin on dress code and feminism; anonymously allowing girls who felt discomforted by the strict and seemingly girl bias dress code. Creating a book exploring American cultures in relation of kids with parents from other countries; learning culture differences with behavior among six different countries through a series of interviews and simply placing myself in their daily environments. Passing my AP Literature exam, exempting me from English 1A & 1B.
