I am a native of North Carolina. I grew up in Lenoir, NC. I have always been into technology, since I was in middle school. I also have a passion for mentoring our youth and guiding them in make the best choices for success in life. I am a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, earning a degree in Computer Science. I also completed my Master of Science in Cyber Security from Capitol Technology University. I enjoy learning and take every opportunity to learn something new to continue to grow my skillsets. Some of my hobbies include playing video games, traveling, photography, car and aviation enthusiast, and hope to one day learn how to fly.
Current Whereabouts:
I have currently worked in the Cyber Security area for the last 4 years. I have experience in the areas of Vulnerability Management, Logging and SIEM management, and now working on supporting my current companies Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response platform.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I aspire to continue to grow my knowledge on Cyber Security. I would like to gain experience on identifying and mitigating Fraud within the Cyber Security space, with hopes to one day transition to the Cyber Law (Legal) space. I would like to attend Law school earning a degree in Cyber Law. I have a career goal of building my leadership skills to prepare myself for senior management.
