I am 23 years of age and ambitious. Currently attending the historic South Carolina State University. I will obtain my Bachelor of Arts for Broadcast Journalism in May of 2017. I love helping others and seeing people succeed. Everyone come across considers me a friend and a helping hand.

I am currently a fifth year student at South Carolina State University.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My life goal is to graduate from college, attend Full Sail University and pursue a Masters in Public Relations. I then plan on one day owning my very own PR Firm preferably either in Atlanta, GA or Los Angeles, CA.

Claim To Fame:

SC State University Marching 101 "Electric Silk"- Color Guard (4 years) I've had the privilege of marching on this band for four years straight. I have had so many amazing memories with this organization to last a lifetime! I don't mean to boast but it really is amazing to know that I have performed in front of THOUSANDS of people. Not too many people can say that so I am beyond proud of myself and even more proud to call myself"101".

Most Memorable Moment:

I know this is so long ago, but my most memorable moment was when President Obama officially was elected President of the United States. Everyone was so happy. People came flying out of their dorm rooms screaming to the top of their lungs, all the fraternities and sororities were out there, even Claflin joined in. The marching band came together and we all did a march around the entire campus at midnight. It was such a great moment in time to see everyone laughing and coming together to celebrate Black Excellence.

My best high school memory was when the cast of "High School Musical' came to my school and gave a motivational speech about how it is never too late to achieve your dream.
