Best Memories:
5. The last day of The Scientific Tools & Technology (STT) Program at the Fernbank Science Center because I was surprised that I was accepted. It encouraged me to pursue more challenges like the hardest chemistry class that was available and eventually The International Baccalaureate Program. I felt my work ethic become stronger and embraced the creative freedom. 4. Senior Prom was special to me because as a workaholic, I did not attend parties during high school. It allowed me to celebrate with my graduating class before saying goodbye at graduation. 3. I love being an International Baccalaureate Mentor because I can help guide the rising IB Seniors while also examining how being in the program has changed me. When I came back from a college fair with bags of information to give them, they realized that they had someone on their side. 2. I pulled numerous all nighters in high school but the one that made me the proudest was when I wrote my extended essay (a mandatory 3,000 plus word research paper) in one night. After I had finished the essay I cam to school worked on a couple of Internal Assessments before helping organize International Night. I spoke about they importance of studying other cultures. It was amazing to speak about my passions for language and communication. 1. My best high school memory was graduation day as I stood in front of everyone as class Valedictorian. I was able to reflect deeply and offer words of encouragement for the future.
