Andrea Henderson has been consulting with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations to help them maximize their investment in their talent. In particular, she has worked to develop innovative approaches to building diverse talent pipelines, attracting best-in-class talent by leveraging powerful branding and messaging, developing high-potentials, succession planning. executive coaching, global mobility and growing/diversifying boards of directors. She is an Adjunct Professor at Lehman College, where she teaches Intro to Human Resources, and SUNY Old Westbury where she teaches a class on Identity Politics in the Freshman Experience. She has also taught several Accounting courses at Farmingdale State College.

Andrea is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, Clark Atlanta University's Masters in International Relations program and Columbia Business School's MBA program. She attended Clark Atlanta University shortly after the merger of Clark College and Atlanta University and served as the first "Miss Graduate Student" on the CAU homecoming court.

She is a proud "Silver Star" member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and member of The Long Island Chapter of The Links, Inc. Andrea lives in New York with her son, Roland.
