Black Data Processors Association (BDPA) Dallas Chapter President January 2014 – Current • My responsibilities include providing leadership and mentoring to other board members and members of the chapter. While creating relationships with new and current sponsors to ensure that the ROI is achieved based on sponsorship level. Lastly, create and promote community-based events on a monthly frequency that include an opportunity for advancement for attendees. National Vice President of Membership Management January 2012 – January 2014 • Provide leadership to all local chapters as it relates to membership growth and retention strategies. I also developed a membership-reporting package that assisted all chapters with tracking of members and expectations of membership decline. Lastly, developed membership campaigns to increase membership growth as aligned by the national board.
