understanding that being "woke" is not a trend but a lifestyle of education, and historical awareness and making a change for the betterment of future generations is critical in this day and time. I choose to follow God and to be bold with my demeanor and my ambition. Being an educated black woman, means that I am a force to be reckoned with and at the age of 25, I am in pursuit of changing the world.

Life & Professional Aspirations:
I want to be a director or coordinator of student activities or affairs someday. Ultimately, being a chancellor a president is my goal. Changing the community, showing emotion and wearing my heart on my sleeve as I do so. I want to be as bold as Malcolm X and Huey Newton, with grace and heart.
