About   (request update)
I believe that each individual is special in their own way. I love to embrace potential in situations that seem difficult to most. I have a passion for development in technical effectiveness and efficiency. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends of all diverse origins and personalities. I'm an outgoing professional with a sense of ownership for the requirements of my work. I am dependable, goal oriented and process driven. What I believe makes me special is that I come from a family of good hearted people, that would place the needs of others before their own. I have an uncle that told me,(as a child), once to read this passage in the bible and take from it, a lesson that no matter what challenges you go through in life, there's always someone going through much difficult times. "The message was, " I cried because I had no shoes, until I saw a man that had no feet". That my friend will always have an impact on all that challenge me.
Current Whereabouts:
Currently I am studying for the CAPM project management course to be able to participate in deployment and validation as a Project Manager for Dell/EMC. I have in the past, participated on several deployment projects with Dell/DCS that have allotted the time requirements for obtaining the PMP certification.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I find myself at times searching for ways to support the efforts of developing a Work / Family balance. I enjoy spending time with my kids and reading more for processes to make my work life successful. I have a younger son of 14 that has a passion for fishing and outdoor activities, I am am challenged now to provide an environment that could satisfy both obstacles. I have sacrificed my personal activities in the past to make sure that I meet both expectations for work and family but I know that somewhere out there, there's a great dream job that could put it all together and have give an ideal outcome. I started my oldest son several years ago in IT as an apprentice, working with me to refresh and design networks for surrounding small businesses, and now I have him working along side me with Microsoft as a Jr. Technical engineer. He also had a passion for fishing as a younger child, now he want's to explore a passion for AI.
