I come from a dirt poor family and struggled growing up with a single mom. I envied kids with married parents that were financially stable. However I learned at a young age what I wanted for my future and how much work I'm willing to input to get there. I will experience trial and error but success is not doubt a door that will be unlocked. I'm the first in my family to up and leave the ghetto I come from and I don't plan on ending up back there. As I take advantage of my opportunity to attend Hampton University, nothing will stop the greatness I am destined for.
