Best Memories:
My best high school memories surround my involvement in the Heritage Panel. I have really enjoyed educating my peers on the realities of social injustice by simply sharing my own life experiences. I also really enjoyed my experience with Anytown Alabama, a Youth Leadership Summit where I had the opportunity to spend a week with others teens from various economic and cultural backgrounds from around the State discussing cultural myths and developing strategies to develop a more inclusive society. I have also enjoyed being apart of the Class Boards each year where I help plan school activities including homecoming, dances, and also participate in community service projects.
